The 16th ASEAN Plus Three Summit, was held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam on October 10, 2013. The Heads of State/Government of ASEAN Member States, the People’s Republic of China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea attended the Meeting.
