On 22nd July 2019, Ms. HAN Mei, Deputy Secretary-General of Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) met with the delegation of Shanghai Institute of International Studies (SIIS) headed by Mr. YAN Anlin, Vice President of SIIS.
TCS Deputy Secretary-General HAN Mei welcomed the delegation and introduced the current progress of the trilateral cooperation between China, Japan and the ROK particularly in the area of trade and economics. DSG HAN recalled the previous exchanges between the two sides since TCS established and expressed that TCS would like to strengthen the future cooperation with SIIS in the areas of trilateral think-tank exchanges. Mr. YAN introduced the efforts and future plan of SIIS regarding the research in the area of Northeast Asian studies. He looked forward to deepening the cooperation between the two sides.
Mr. WU Jinan, Senior Fellow of SIIS, Ms. SHAO Yuqun, Director of Institute for Taiwan, Hongkong & Macao Studies, Mr. CHEN Youjun, Director of Department for Regional Economic Studies, Ms. GONG Keyu, Deputy Director of Center for Asia-Pacific Studies and Ms. JI Yixin, Assistant researcher of SIIS participated in the meeting.
