Others CAMPUS Asia Career Panel
2021.10.09
On October 9, 2021, the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat hosted a career panel for CAMPUS Asia students. The event was co-organized by the BESETO CAMPUS Asia Alumni Association and the WAPEKO CAMPUS Asia Alumni Association. The panel consisted of CAMPUS Asia alumnae, who currently pursue careers in the private and public sector, as well as academia. Current students and alumni from five different CAMPUS Asia consortia attended the event, in which the panelists discussed how the CAMPUS Asia program contributed to their careers, and partook in interactive breakout sessions with the audience.
TCS Deputy Secretary General Ms. SAKATA Natsuko delivered words of encouragement to participating students. She touched upon how CAMPUS Asia students have a unique edge in navigating their careers, namely their ability to embrace diversity, and knit together, networks to enrich their careers and life, and their embodiment of Asia as a dynamic center of vigor, vision and wisdom.
The TCS has cooperated with the Ministries of Education in China, Japan, and Korea to further enhance the CAMPUS Asia Alumni Network. Amidst the pandemic, the TCS plans to carry out additional online events to further connect CAMPUS Asia students and alumni across ages, borders, and consortia.
