On December 13, 2024, TCS Secretary-General LEE Hee-sup paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Mr. PARK Cheol-Hee, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Japan.
SG LEE and Amb. PARK spoke highly of the successful hosting of the 9th Trilateral Summit among China, Japan, and Korea last May, attributing its success to the collaborative efforts of the three countries. They highlighted the importance of strengthening trilateral cooperation, with all three governments committed to actively supporting and working with Japan, the host country for the upcoming 10th Trilateral Summit. In response to SG LEE’s call for Amb. PARK to take an active role in TCS events held in Japan and to further advance trilateral cooperation, Amb. PARK pledged his full commitment to these efforts.
