On June 29th, the 15th China-Japan-Korea Personnel Policy Network Joint Training Program for Young/Middle-level Public Employees was held offline at TCS conference hall. Hosted by the Korean Ministry of Personnel Management, civil servants from the National Civil Service Administration of China and the National Personnel Authority of Japan attended. 

This Joint Program is an annual program held since 2007, intended to improve the efficiency of human resources management systems in the three countries and to enhance mutual understanding through exchange and cooperation in the field of human resource administration. 

During this year’s program, DGS Bek welcomed the participants and delivered a welcoming remark, encouraging them to continue their interest on the trilateral cooperation. Furthermore, the participants were given a lecture about the TCS’s history, its institutional arrangement, and its activities in diverse fields. 

As this year’s program was the first event held offline since the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, the TCS has also provided a workshop. Participants formed a mixed group of CJK and discussed about the similarities and differences of the working cultures of China, Japan, and Korea.
