On March 29, 2024, Deputy Secretary-General Yan Liang of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) was invited to the unveiling ceremony of the Seoul Office of the China-Japan-Korea International Commercial Mediation Center, and delivered a remark at the Seminar on Investment and Dispute Resolution in Korea. The event was hosted by Dr. Wang Li, Director of the China-Japan-Korea International Commercial Mediation Center. Over 200 legal and business professionals from China and Korea attended the event.
DSG Yan introduced TCS’s history, main missions, and achievements since its establishment. He believed that the Seoul Office of the China-Japan-Korea International Commercial Mediation Center will provide strong support for resolving disputes among the three countries, further safeguarding the economic and trade at the legal level.
