In 2010, to further institutionalize cooperation for standardization, the relevant government agencies established the Trilateral Standing Committee on Standards Cooperation. This Director-General level meeting is held annually to discuss measure to facilitate trade by eliminating unnecessary technical barriers and to create new driving forces for economic growth in the region.
